Annual Dessert "Theater" Social & Gift Basket Raffle

Dear Biotech Families,

You, your family and friends are all invited to the Annual Dessert “Theater” Social and Gift Basket Raffle, which will be held on Friday, November 17th, 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. This is a great event to meet other parents, sample delicious desserts and try your luck in winning fantastic gift baskets! This year we are adding a fun new element to entertain you by having our students perform songs in the style of a Dinner Theater. So while you are enjoying the company of other BTHS parents and friends and eating fabulous desserts, you will also get to listen to the talented students of BTHS perform for you.

This is the BTHS PSFA's biggest  fundraiser of the year and your support contributes to:

  • Research material
  • Special research/techniques courses
  • Tissue Lab
  • Grants
  • Clubs
  • Trips
  • Hospitality for Events (i.e., freshman social and orientation, IB events, Senior Awards Dinner, Teacher appreciation luncheon, Back to School night etc) 

You can show your support by attending the event and purchasing tickets (please see attached reservation form)

Another great way to help is to solicit sponsorships from friends, family and local businesses. Their donations will be listed in the event program guide (please see attached sponsorship/advertising forms).

Most importantly, we would like every family to donate a basket! It's fun and exciting and we can help you - just look at the attached form for instructions and ideas!

PSFA Meeting Tuesday, September 19th at 7:00 PM

Our first PSFA meeting for the 2017-2018 school year is on Tuesday, September 19th at 7:00 pm in the Media Center.  For your review are the Agenda, and minutes from the June meeting.  Also attached is a copy of the proposed 2017-2018 Budget.

This weekend seminar not only gives students the insight and confidence they need on the day of the test, they will also go home with Catalyst's self-study materials for continued practice right up until the exam.

Graduation Reception Donations

Our Class of 2017 will be graduating on Monday, June 19th.  We would like your support with donations for their graduation reception, which is immediately following graduation.  Let's send our Seniors off with a great reception!

Donations should be dropped off at the school no later than noon on Monday, June 19th. Non-perishable items may be dropped off on Friday, June 16th. PLEASE label all donations "Graduation Reception", so that they will not be confused with the End of Year Picnic items. Thanks so much in advance for your donations.
